Okay, just a bit of a rant here. And an FYI for those of you who have switched to the new and "improved" version of blogger.
Those who are leery of switching to unproven and seemingly unimproved beta launches seem unable to log in and comment on your sites. I can comment on any site that has remained beta free. Those who have switched, I get nice loop where it won't let me log in, won't accept an "Other" comment, and won't even take an anonymous comment.
Very nice. What they're essentially saying is that Blogger no longer talks to Blogger. Genius. It's almost as if the programmers have Microsoft experience.
Grrrrrrr! Sheer genius.

Beta blogger royally bites! I've had tons of trouble with it. It fully erased my profile and managed to make nearly all of my comments anonymous after they were nearly all identifiable bloggers! Lousy improvement indeed!
Microsoft joke :)... ..sorry to hear the upgrade didnt' went well.
I think my switch went well... people have been able to comment. The gripe I have with it is that I have to log in each and every time I want to comment or post, despite clicking "remember me" every time.
I swithced and like it overall except I cannot accept invistations with it (TEAM HM Express).
i'm suddenly discovering the troubles with the upgrate...AFTER having just upgraded myself today.

I am slow to change. And until Beta Blogger lets me comment properly on other people's blogs (like Duane's), I will wait ...
I'm glad to see it "isn't me" as I was beginning to fear these past few days, thinking I had somehow been blocked from commenting on particular sites, even while having been able to post comments before. I have resisted the impulse to change for the simple fact of taking the time of figuring the thing out. I have enough trouble with the regular Blogger without attempting something new! No time for change.
i haven't had a problem, but maybe that's because i started with the beta and didn't do an 'upgrade'. you think? so far, i've been able to post message with no problem (not anonymously).
